Indigo Group is a world leader in parking and individual mobility bringing together several businesses: off-street car parks and associated services, on-street car parking, individual mobility, digital and associated services. Active in more than 750 cities in 10 countries.
What was our contribution?
Together, we rebuilt their B2C mobile apps and websites from scratch. The project involved various sub-brands, 8 countries with 8 different languages, separate back-end, and CRM systems, and three different platforms (native Android and iOS apps, and web with CMS).
We integrated all those platforms to Indigo’s core parking management system and Salesforce CRM (using a custom middle layer in Java to reduce costs for Indigo). The web and mobile apps provide live occupancy data for parking locations with Google Map, Locations, and Firebase integrations.
Partnership value
Their main objective – increasing the number of online transactions – was consequently achieved as the number of transactions grew 3x within a couple of years.
