Implement an idea or deliver a solution to a problem in a 48 hour time-slot. Time-slot is planned up-front.
During the Sprint48 Mooncascade can do anything from designing to coding, deployment, and hosting.
Very intense, highly focused and effective work-effort.

Time-slot booked at least one week up-front.
During booking the time-slot the number of participating developers is agreed with the customer.
1..2 Mooncascade developer hours is spent on evaluating the maximum reasonable size of the team (it might be, due to the nature of the project, it doesn't make sense to have a larger team than 3 persons, for example). That aside, the more developers involved, the more features will get done during the 48 hours.
Customer representative co-located with Mooncascade team during the entire Sprint48.
The customer representative must have full mandate to decide on upcoming choices and on-the-fly define the product under construction during the entire 48 hour cycle.

€80.- per developer hour

One developer contributes up to 25..30 billable hours during the Mooncascade Sprint48 time-slot. The exact number of hours is reported at the end of the Sprint48 cycle.
Up-front payment of 10h per participating developer is required.
Travel and accommodation costs are added if these are involved.
